A drafting model must have downloadable weights. That is the whole test: downloadable weights mean the provider runs a standard sampler, so there is no watermark. Watermarks cannot be stripped after generation, only avoided, so this list is curated by hand and never synced from a provider catalogue. Closed models stay available at planning tier for brainstorming, where the output is discussion rather than manuscript text.
